HOW ARE FEDERAL LAWS MADE?
We did not even get to see this time change as a referendum.A Federal law would not be enough. It would have to be a United Nations law.Your article says the law is aimed at reducing energy costs.Look at the time that is being wasted in manpower trying to implement this change.Microsoft puts the Fortune 500 on hold. This time change was not thought out.Show me the Federal law because this is looking like Megalomania to me.
