Sun has also had problems meeting their customers needs. Their Sunsolve site has been having problems all week--particularly their patchfinder utility/database. I got most of my patches early in the week but still need like 7 patches that I've haven't been able to get for three days now. The response to my query was the following:
"Thank you for your recent request. Unfortunately at this time we are having issues with our Sunsolve site . The issue is being worked on but we do not have an eta of when it will be fixed. We do appologize for this inconvenience. ..."
