You're absolutely right.
I do think you're a racist, or at least some other flavor of bigot. I haven't seen a diatribe like that since the Archie Bunker character in "All in the Family." Also, I don't think you're all that bright.

The question at is one of customer service. They routinely failed to provide that. As a result, they alienated their customer base and, as a result, lost existing customers and failed to grow new customers. This, in turn, led to this announcement. You remind me of people who said Hurricane Katrina was God's way of destroying a "wicked city," and I find you at least as annoying.
