You have to have a incentive program.
It is nice to recognize your limitations. Now lets not be a dog in the manger and let other folks shine and reward them for a good idea.

It isn't up to MS to decide what is or isn't patentable. That is to be decided by a talented neutral source that can cut real fast and accurate on these issues. By the way, the examiners are not idiots. Just not trained in this new field.

Yeah sure. Since software is also a process in addition to math and free speech, it can be patented. I just want prior art to be reviewed and a lot of these patents can be nullified that are bogus. MS says what is in their best business interest like any other corporation.
