May 18, 1994? Who came up with that date?
Let's see, Judge Jackson's Findings of Fact (upon which, together with the Conclusions of Law, all these class actions are based on) was written in 1999. He said they were a monopoly. Nowhere did he say *when* they became a monopoly. Certainly he didn't pinpoint May 18, 1994. So who came up with that date?

And why does it extend to June 30, 2006? Was Microsoft still abusing its monopoly then, years after the antitrust settlement?
