Right, but a real shame
The Iowa case was one of the few courts where the evidence of MS behaviour was
made public. It even made public the Bill Gates testimony footage in the DoJ case.

A win for Iowa consumers that have suffered years of market abuse by MS,
unfortunately the rest of us aren't afforded this compensation, nor the public
disclosure of MS behaviour.

Other States should look at giving their citizens the same consumer protection
afforded Iowa residents. Clearly the DoJ under the Bush administration doesn't
believe all US citizens should be afford such protection..
