Google suffers setback in copyright case

Symbiotic relationship: Surely both parties benefit equally - Google doen't show more than a taster of the article and a click through; without Google and Yahoo, the newspaper would be largely unknown on the web.

Both benefit equally from the relationship, whether formal or informal.
