Shooting yourself in the foot
If Google is smart, when a newspaper or magazine asks for an article to be removed, simply remove all mention of that newspaper or magazine (and all other holdings held by that company) from Google. We'll see who blinks first. Newspapers and magazines want readers. Their money is made from selling advertisements. If they remain obscure, no one will buy ads with them.

One question--does Belgium actually have any Fair Use laws?
