perhaps Viacom will wonder why their audiance is getting smaller, maybe they'll figure it out....
Im not saying anyone should be able to post anything... but I hardly watch TV, a clip of a new show, recomended by a YouTube user, shown to me by a RL friend, is the best advertisment any TV show could get to me.

Watching barely legal grrlz dance in front of a webcam to Shania Twain will make me want to buy a Shania CD (maybe some hotties will dance to it in my living room?). Sueing hotties for posting webcam video with horrible sound calling them pirates will make me BOYCOTT Shania Twain. Who wants to buy a CD from someone who hates their fans?

Perhaps, if the suits at ViaCom had any smarts, Viacom would post clips themselves with a little scrolling ad at the bottom....
perhaps I wont turn the TV on as I watch the comical antics of YouTube users, abbegirl is funny as any stand-up on comedy central
