Why is it . . . ?
Why is it that in Japan they get 27 mbps access for about $30 per month, and here in the good ole USA whe get 3 mbps access for about $45 to $50 per month?

I wonder if it is because in Japan the government ENCOURAGES the broadband development, and here the government does everything it can to maximize cable company PROFITS and stymie development?
