No need to even memorize the questions
If you can write tests you can pass. A friend of mine, who's a doctor and has no technical skills at all passed a Microsoft Practice exam and those practice exams are harder than the actual thing. He just knew how to write exams, 8 years of doing it hones you skill. He was able to figure out which answers fit and which didn't by how the question tried to trick you.
