as for batteries, did you know that all batteries are recycled? YES How amazing is that! Recycled! The materials are recovered and re-used to make NEW batteries! Amazing.

California law requires batteries be recycled now. Whoda thunk it!?

Use the PC [url=http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/Statutes/Legislation/CalHist/2005to2009.htm]for something else[/url] other than games. There are now fines being assesed to violators.

[url=http://www.cawrecycles.org/issues/cellphone_battery?PHPSESSID=9b0d598589]Laws and stations[/url] are in place to address your concerns.

Now if you are not a Californian, maybe you better get on your state government to get with the 21st century. Unlike what you purport, my head is no where near the sand. Drive around Californian cities and you will see trash cans, recycling cans and yard waste cans. You will also very easily find recycling centers for a variety of items, including toxic items such as batterys and such.

Recycling is now a part of our lives, and really not that hard to do. devil
