Let me annoy you some more then.
It amazes me that you actually believe this is about protection. If this administration was and is so concerned about our protection and safety, then tell me why they ignored all the warnings that led up to 9/11? Tell me why they invaded another country that has had nothing to do with AlQueda or 9/11. Tell me why Osama Bin Laden is still alive? Tell me why they allowed Osama Bin Laden to escape at Tora Bora? True, our founding fathers did give us many freedoms and liberties. They also created a constitution and a bill of rights to ensure those freedoms and liberties. In times such as these its even more important that those freedoms and liberties be protected. See, here's the problem. The administration along with the media has people so scared that we're going to be "standing on a pile of rubble", that the people of this country have allowed this government to do whatever it wants, and even agrees to the constitution being ignored. It's total BS people. The laws on the books give our government more than enough ability to do what is needed to bring terrorist organizations down without a need to break the constitution or laws to do so.

Yes, our founding fathers did a wonderful thing. It's a shame that those who want to destroy that would rather blame us who want to protect it as being unpatriotic. Who is more unpatriotic? The man who loves his country, sees something amiss and strives to do something, or the man who loves his country and turns a blind eye to anything thats wrong with it thereby allowing its government to break laws that this country was built on.

Finally, I know its hard for conservative thinkers who have a real hard time sticking to the argument when they actually have none, but I don't appreciate your implication that I use the internet to surf for porn of chatting with someone other than my spouse. Not that I would have to answer to you if I did, but I do neither of those and have been happily married for over 30 years. Try to keep the discussion on its merits. It makes you look like an idiot and cheapens the discussion when you make stupid comments such as that.
