And why should they?
The simple fact is, it's not all that serious.

Ford Motor Co. lost 13 Billion dollars, but paid their CEO a 20 Million dollar 'signing bonus'. That's serious. Home Depot fired their CEO and paid him a 210 Million dollar 'golden parachute'. That's serious. Steve Jobs backdated options for 71 Million shares. That's not serious -- that's criminal.

But downloading a movie? That's jaywalking. Maybe less.
