"Privacy" is not mentioned in the Constitution
It's barely hinted at; it would be quite a stretch to include "privacy" under the search and seizure clause, which is a close as you can get to that issue in the Constitution. Indeed, the issue has come before the Supreme Court on a number of occasions, and that's always been their ruling.
