"Assuming Microsoft does a better job of marketing Ultimate to small businesses and other organizations, we might actually see sales of Ultimate increase in the commercial channel over time," he said.

One could only surmise, if one could comprehend what one reads, that most corporate sales (since "NOT MANY" of them opted for the Ultimate Edition) was too concerned about security, judging by this statment:
