Cisco sues Apple over use of iPhone trademark

Blah, blah, blah. Apple pays a fine to Cisco, maybe or maybe not has to change the name of their product. In the meantime, they get 40 or 50 stories written about the "dispute" on ZDNet, and thousands throughout the tech press. Once again, Apple proves brilliant in taking advantage of the tech press' obsession with the company, and milking it for a ridiculous amount of free publicity.
