oh the hype!
Just watched the video - beware of the hype here:

Yeah, like google maps is gonna rock over GPRS 2.5G at 50Kbps? Er, No.

And yeah, that on-screen keyboard is faster than the plasticky button-pads you say? How come in the video Steve only just managed to type the letter S. Most of the converged mobile devices are moving to keyboards a la blackberry.

I'll stick with a HTC Tytn - 3G, compact, keyboard, lots of apps including everything that was demo-ed here. And some buttons for playing my old Playstation and GBA games on the train. Maybe I'll upgrade later in the year to one of the scheduled VGA models with built in GPS, but I'm not going back to GPRS for a connected device thanks!

Yes, the interface is damn slick, but the only funcitonally unique thing here - dual touch - isn't particularly exciting.

It's not a killer, it's just another contender in the Windows Mobile/Symbian convergence arena, with a clear consumer focus.
