It's a server and a desert topping!
A home server. What will they think of next. Imagine a $500 dollar box for your
home that helps you share files! Now you connect all your thick home clients with
a thin server. Wow.

Sorry, show me something I haven't already been doing for years with any small
group of Macs. Simple file sharing and networking tasks have always been a
mainstay feature with OS X. Now let's wait until Tuesday to see the addition of a
media component.

I'd be much more impressed by this Microsoft announcement if: 1. It wasn't just
more pre-announced vapor ware. 2. It was designed as a true multi-user, thin
client/server system for the home. Instead, it sounds like nothing more than a
new scheme cooked up between MS and the OEMs to sell more OS licenses and
hardware redundancy into our homes.
