Another sorry nut bar. Wow.
Where do people like you come from? I meet types like you all the time: one day they are telling me how screwed up and inept the government is and how they cant get anything right and couldn't keep a secret for very long if their life depended on it. The next day you louts are telling me how the government is going to find some clever devious means of secretly intruding into my life and take away all my freedom right out from under my nose.

I'm afraid like most clowns of your ilk both of your common assumptions about what governments are and are not able to do with any effectiveness is wrong. In fact historically wrong and empirically wrong. Time and time again we have seen either big business actually pull of some moderately sneaky things that have actually worked for them, even if only for awhile. No doubt there are more then a few underhanded things going on we do not know about yet. Like I said, history has shown this is true. On the other hand, every time big business or the government try to get into doing something that is seriously underhanded that would be a real problem if it worked, it usually isn't long before it comes apart at the seams and is splashed all over the media and all is exposed. We know this is a fact, we don't need a historical list of the big underhanded plots uncovered to show this has been the way its always worked. Just for a laugh, lets say Watergate for the government and Enron for big business for two examples how the big fish plots never last long.

The government and big business are neither as stupid or wickedly smart as you think, that would be logically impossible for them to be sitting at both ends of the intelligent/stupidity scale at the same time. Somewhere in the middle is real, and our freedom isn't going anyplace quick. Hell, more then half the world will tell you they think we have way too much freedom already. So get real and chill out.
