Sony has far to go in rootkit case

Not long ago, people were saying DRM was here to stay, like it or not: Not to long ago, people were saying DRM was here to stay, like it or not. Now they're saying it's had it's day and may be going away soon, eh?

I'm not gonna miss it. Companies taking the law into their own hands, not to mention enforcing restrictions that go well beyond copyright law, is something that doesn't work very well.
