freedom of speech vrs. freedom to be heard. I mean just because technology exists to do so , does this mean the technology is given to the government to exploit voyerism. I mean comm'on get real . First you have 'copyrighted databases 'legal , notice you hav 'YOUR INFORMATION SNUFFED wich is aboriginal to your own predistine of 'liberalisation.

You have business doing this - wich apharently will have no way to determinately fight back. It happens in persons like this. Especially where the political 'idea is the determining relationship of 'law in ''many gray areas''- that should 'remain within political discussion.

Then there is the patriot act wich incidently fits the stereotype of the smallest percentage of mankind an ant would be lonely in a million - ( a serious minority), wich incodently should be repealed in a majority of separated governing entities that represent the majority of 'constitutional peacetime 'criminal law abiders.

The internet,911,War On Terror is a basis of wich a minority claims the majority is 'guilty before proven innocent. If it was a rule to be able to tap phones,or the internet of the same,it would be the same of due process to do so. Terrorists are a minority.

What this amounts to is a solicitation for technology wich the government controls in secrecy,as a pat.pend. voyerism. As long as a court is necesary the same respect applies,because in 96 ,with or without 911 'terrorists where a minority. When the 'majority lives by 'rule of law, the majority isn't living under 'executive branch priviledge of running 4 branches of government to its own secular army.

The presence of the internet,or terroists does not change that. Nor does the availability of technology wich can do so 'quantifying the wishes of something simplyfying the 'dictum of due process on basis of premise for doing so.

The exectutive branch,and law enforcement knows that there is very little chance of an 'administrative declaration making its way through the judicial system brought from a charge via the public sector from somewhere on the very constitutional basis.

But the majority makes the decisions on that.And the details for wich is a correctly ascertained relationship to the 'rules of law,and the 'administration of wich correspond between the separate government powers.

Even if the 'patriot act is discontinued,this preface will give detail to some fairly inexorbanent amounts of 'private information,specifically about personal information. As well as business details concerning roles wich should remain to the details of them.

May be some while before the correct use of technology will be the source of its benifit for the majority.To have that imagination get some 'non-monitored communication space.

'What makes the government say they can do this to 'anybody without due process,on the account of 'terrorism,or terrorists.? Just how 'does the government say this ?

By monitoring our communications,and private effects in usage - or by taking,or utilizing 'business rights ?

Just a solicitation . By the present government.Dont buy it.
