Fine is 83 minutes of revenue for HP
The settlement is an outrage and signifies how important it is to the governor of the state to keep things out of the lime light. The NYT is states

"Hewlett-Packard reported revenue for its fiscal year of $91.7 billion. The fine is equivalent to what the company brings in every 83 minutes."

The crime crossed state lines. Are othere state AGs expected settle? Shouldn't the fin be at least a month of revenues to HP?
