Cell Phone
I would like to answer the previous question reguarding cell phone usage. If you have never been to the Oregon coast you will never understand that the Oregon Coast is mountains. There is no cell phone service in most Mountain regions, so why not give the guy credit for doing what he had to do to save his family. Think about it...most people would do just that same thing in his shoes. To the Kim family...you had a very brave Father, Son, Brother and Husband. Never forget what he tried to do for you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
