I sincerely hope your man comes out of this ok folks. I think this speaks to the need to always prepare for the worst when you hit the highway in the winter. As a Canadian I can tell you most folks I know keep boots and a jacket in the car pretty much all winter no matter how warm it is outside, it's 32F today here but a week ago it was -31F and even at 32 it gets cold quick when you're outside in the wind. As a tech editor Mr. Kim may also have had a GPS but nothing beats local knowledge and advice which he should have followed. Hope he's ok, and I'm glad that the rest of the family is.
