G'bye Real, don't let the doorknob hit you on the way out
When's the last time RealNetworks make a SMART decision?

They were the overwhelming desktop choice years ago, but then they went insane and decided to let their software take over your PC's multimedia features. And smear the Real icon all over your computer. And put that godforsaken RealNews thing in your system tray and make it where you could only lessen how often it apppeared, but not turn it off.

That's when I removed Real's software from all the PCs I control, and if it's preinstalled on a PC I acquire, it's the first thing I remove.

And it won't be back, no matter what they do or offer.
