- It would be nice to have more information from cell phone companies, though

we would need to safeguard privacy. If we knew all of the towers they had contact with, and what time, we could pin-point the site of accidents much better. Of course after a crash, depending on the severity, there would be contact with the same tower untill the batter ran out. But, we need this information as soon as possible if it were to save lives. Sounds like it took them a long time to get credit card info too.
