Before cell phones where affordable for the average family i.e. under $150 a
month I drove a tow truck to help pay for college. On so many occassions I'd pick
up people who'd been "lost" or out of touch for ony 6 - 12 hours. But due to
weather *(temp. mostly) several of them where at the early stages of hypothermia.
Several times early fall or late spring storms i would find people 5 - 100 yards off
the road with thier car half buried. It is no joke to be lost in cold weather for more
than a few hours.

So I wish them well.
