Still OK if you Registered
If you did register, you can continue with your "learning". That part of the offer is still available. They just are not letting any new people register. Not sure what the whole thing was about anyway...? 30K people might seem like a lot, but compared to the 10s of millions who use MS products, it's nothing. Why cut it off at 30K if the idea was to get people using these new products?
