Plenty of computers in 3rd world countries. Most can afford a computer because they are not stupid enough to use Windows. Using Linux means they can afford a computer.

Also many of the countries in Middle East are not 3rd world countries.

Also as someone who lived in the Phillipines for 8 months, I found that the people were happier. Keep in mind this was 1975 when Marcos was still in charge.

We got rid of that jerk thanks to Ronald Reagan so I figure they most really be happy now.
