This is obvious
What is obvious is how badly broken a system is when arguments over a gas pedal are heard in the Supreme Court. The one attorney wants us to believe that without the patent protection of obviousness nobody will invent anything, nobody will bring anything new to market and the world of capitalism will cease to exist.

I seriously don't think this would happen and if I have a good idea, if I can manufacture that idea, if I can sell the items....I will do it.

Heck the savings alone on patent attorney fees will go a long way toward my capital funds.
