I think that shouldn't be patentable
"Everyone has heard a new idea, and thought Well, of course, sometimes with admiration."

Yeah there are times when someone does something like that but they are simple and I don't think those types of inventions are patentable. I think this because simply they are obvious I'd say 99% of the time there are hundreds if not thousands of people doing the same thing but just not marketing it because it is obvious. So since such an obvious anwer to a problem exist no one brings it to market and the majority doesn't ever use. Then some twit with some bucks patents the obvious and here we are with this argument.

It could be said though that the twit is bringing the invention to market so people can buy it but it still will always bring up the obvious argument.
