lol, thanks for saving me from Loverock,
i have been quite obscure in my posts, sorry for that,

what i meant was a change of license for the kernel, i suppose Linus and/or his team can do it right? that way the kernel would use an updated license which would prevent people doing business with the devil from using any future updates of the kernel... (by extension the whole OS for the distros, because without a new kernel a distro would soon fall into obsolescence...)
