Here is a tip for you.

To block flash globally:
*.swf

To allow it where you want it:
@@zdnet.com.com*.swf
@@joecartoon.com*.swf

That is so you can watch the tech videos or any other website. @@ is an override for universal blockage.

Surely you did not think they were going to suggest an extension to block their sponsors. They also forgot the network tweakers like Fasterfox or Dictionary Search and a few others. They suggested extensions that they thought were important. Use what you like.
