Did Dunn surrender her passport?: Dunn was released on her own recognizance? As far as I know, she still is on the board of directors for a large firm based in England

After working as an investigative reporter, Dunn woked in finance as a temporary secretary at Wells Fargo Investment Advisors, a division of Wells Fargo Bank which was acquired by Barclays in the mid-1990s. Somehow, Dunn became chief executive of Barclays Global Investors, stepping down in 2002 to fight breast cancer and melanoma.

But I believe she still - inappropriately - sits on Barclays Global Investor's Board. Her rize from secretary to CEO at Barclays Global Investors and Chairperson at HP is one of the most striking examples of what illegal wire tapping and identity theft can do. The most promising theory of how Dunn got to where she is today is by illegal means which involved "getting dirt" on decision makers and using same for carrier advancement.

She must have made a good case for release. What was it. This is smelly. Did she at least surrender her passport? Or is she cooperating with prosecutors like Abramoff did after he was scapegoated for his work at Preston Gates and Ellis?

Sigh, OJ's book is coming out. I probably will not be able to resist. But this HP story could be just as potent.
