That is illegal to demand, even in europe. Funny that you say someone doesn't know the facts, considering you simply believe everything you're told and don't bother to do any research other than news stories.

This is more anticompetitive tactics by the european union, who are permenantly butthurt that the colonies have surpassed them in every aspect of technology, even at their stagnant pace.

They haven't demanded this from SAP, IBM, Implenia, and they don't have the balls to demand it from northrop grumman, who has a significant portion of their operations in europe.
