- So let me get this right, the Wright brothers were in partnership with Whitehead, but really that was just so they could rip off his code -sorry design, then "embraced and extended" that design to produce an inferior product that was "good enough" and which was marketed very well (hell there were cameras and a few hundred people just standing around on a bloody cold morning)and in so doing convinced everyone that they were the original creators. I am glad that those sort of tactics are no longer used.
