I could phish my making a link to a web site, but setting the label different from the anchor. Heck, you could even do certain types of social engineering attacks over the phone (without a browser). Nobody is immune from that -- it's a user training issue.

However, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't hold browser makers responsible for blatant holes. And historically, Mozilla has had a better track record of security, and quicker turn-around for fixes. MS either denies that it's a bug or removes the feature all together.
