Seems kinda vague to me
The Palm smart phones and personal digital assistants (PDAs) named above can send and receive e-mail by way of radio frequency to mobile processors, capabilities that NTP has patented, according to the complaint

Really, and has NTP every implemented such a system. Anyone can dream up any idea. Only those with vision and capital can do it. This is pure ******** and until we get real patent reform in this country, this nonsense will continue.
