Some very good ideas for patent reform, some good first steps.
However, I think the best solution is to eliminate patents, with copyright and trade secrets as the best methods of protecting intelectual property.

Really, patents only retard inovation. It has been shown in the world of open source, that the ability to freely build on the work of others and freely make combinations and changes, leads to the highest level of inovation and value.
