I'd say "no net neutralaty."
I have Vonage with Comcast and it worked very well and so I don't want Comcast detecting Vonage packets and put them in the slow lane, just to get me to go with Comcast.

I do tend to see things before they happen (well maybe not) so I will vote "NEVER" for net neutralaty.
