who cares what IE has to say? We already know they arent the most reliable security browser.
No, Im not all that sure about Firefox either. But, FF did have an addon, Spoof Stick, and it seems to be pretty good to me.
Of course, this type of security is best defended by us, by being intelligent about what emails we respond to.
Im amazed as to the number of banks that warn me of my account status, esp. since i dont bank with them. LOL.
Ebay and Paypal go to one email address I have. So, I find it very interesting when I have supposed problems with these accounts.
If need be, i'll open up email accounts for each individual bank, company i deal with.
Instead of clicking on links in emails, why arent people going to ebay, paypal or their bank's websites and verify any problems there?
Of course, Im preaching to the choir here, as Im sure most everyone here is smarter than I am in regards to these matters, and ultimately, at that point, it doesnt matter which broswer we use. But, if we are dumb about things, it really wont matter.
