It really is a shame...
"As I stated above, I believe this is darn-near trespassing and close to theft. Hopefully soon the right people will join with Congress and establish a protection law in relation to this issue. But let's not hold our breath."

Whenever Congress passes a law on something like this, one or all of three things usually happen.

1. They don't understand the technology, so they write and ineffective law.

2. They don't put any teeth to it, so they end up putting a $10,000 fine on a product companies make millions on. The fine becomes just a cost of doing business.

3. It ends up requiring a tax hike for some reason.

Whatever you do, let's keep governemtn out of this for just as long as possible.
