Install zone alarm or some other program like it that stops outgoing trafic. My daughters pc would have to be sweeped 10 times a day to keep it clean. Zone alarm makes sure the spyware has no internet acces. Her PC is not clean all the time but it does not reach out and touch anybody for wich it has no permission.
