I have a better soltion for you, if you want to be totally safe, just pull the internet cable from your computer and you're totally safe. The is NO OTHER WAY to be totally safe. Everything beyond that is a simple trade-off between functionality and security.

It's like with driving, you want to eleminate trafic accidents completelty, you ban driving. Anything other than that is a trade-off. Let's put the speed limit to 5mph (8km/h) and the safety margin will increase significally.
