it's ashame....
Yeah, I been through your dillema in more ways than one. I find it hard to believe that marketing people are making these decisions to allow this unrightful trespass with their crops of virii and malware! I really don't trust the present administration, which includes the FTC and the FCC. I truly do not believe they are making decisions in the best interest of the consumer. I think they over-step the congessional and judicial laws and create havoc with their own interpetation or decisions.

As I stated above, I believe this is darn-near trespassing and close to theft. Hopefully soon the right people will join with Congress and establish a protection law in relation to this issue. But let's not hold our breath.

Lastly, I agree with the writer... I have tried many so-called ad/mal-ware programs and it confuses me why one finds many, while others find nothing. I still only use Ad-Ware 6.0, but it concerns me what IT is not finding!

You are lucky to have an IT person to re-image... I sometimes feel like my second career is restoring from scratch...
