why do people buy that bloatware?
Now that apple can no longer claim benefits because of hardware.. the only selling point they have is pretty looking things. Pretty isnt always functional. I dont see people replacing PCs with MAC(though there is no distiction now) in a corporate environment.

They are nothing but a trendy based company now. With that DRM they have on Itunes.. lots of people are going to be tuning out.
