Lets add Microsoft maybe

I have genuine Microsoft software that was presumed to be non-genuine for near over a year that was recently allowed to be activated.

Cox Cable or DSL which is better, I try to download from Microsoft Download Center and everything won't download, (except Windows Update), never happend before. With Cable and Motorola SBG 900, the only Cable Modem I can get to work, if I use DSL with a Linksys I can download it all, if I try with Cox Cable and a Motorola SBG 900 Cable Modem I can't download from Micrsoft Download Center, I explain this Microsoft:

Email to microsoft, is always a form letter of strange and shifting words, first its act as if there deaf to what I write, then if there aware of me ask and offer help, then they refuse to help after they wrote they would, or other times can be better someone did try to help, yet its me that solves the problem, must likely.

I explain to Yahoo in a email that I can't get my Webcam to work on Yahoo messenger with Cox Cable and Motorola SBG 900 they write back and tell me the problem is in my computer when I told them that I can do it on DSL with a Linksys yet not with Cox Cable and Motorola SBG 900.
