The final nail in the GOOG coffin...and YouTube gets taken for a ride.
GOOG has been a bubble for a while now...it's priced over 2.5 times its real value, IMO. And now this? This will be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Even aside from the legal questions, the returns are doubtful, and GOOG just becomes burdened further by an ever-burgeoning set of products and continues to lose focus from its core products & services.

On the YouTube side...sorry, but you folks got scammed. At least from your perspective. I think you're overrated. But if you think you're getting 1.6 billion worth of stock, wait until GOOG settles to its real value. And then weep for what might have been.
