As insane as your post reads... it is becoming true in almost every aspect of privacy. But if you think back in the 20's and 30's. When alcohol was banned or the Treasury's Dept Elliot Ness... talk about no rights.. blah, shoot 'em! Bam! Just to prosecute someone for being business savvy or drinking as many do today... interesting...
